1. Price Information.
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Parking
Control Services web site. Special Offers and promotions advertised
in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised
as available online. All prices are correct at time of display online
and exclude VAT where applicable. In the unlikely event of an administrative
typographical or other error resulting in an incorrect price being
displayed and your order therefore including one or more item at
an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel that contract.
In these circumstances, neither you nor we will be bound to continue
with that contract by you to purchase the goods included in that
order, and you will be asked by us to email us to confirm whether
or not you wish to proceed with your order including all goods correctly
priced. There will be no contract in place unless and until you do
email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. Magnaco Ltd t/a Parking

2. Ordering Goods
Simply browse our web site and select the items you require, you
then have four choices:
a) Buy immediately online and pay using your debit or credit card;
b) Telephone our order line and pay by debit or credit card; or
c) Send your order by post and pay by cheque or postal order.
d) Bacs.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that
you order before your order can be accepted. [Once payment has been
received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted
by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your
order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a
legally binding contract between us]
3. Payment

4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment
card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for
any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit,
debit and charge cards, Parking Control Services will validate the
names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process
with the card issuer. We may need to contact you again to verify details
before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept
your order.
5. Credit Card Misuse
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result
from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some
may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit
or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact
your card issuer without delay.
6. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom & World Wide
the price includes delivery costs except for deliveries to non-mainland
UK addresses and also certain remote UK mainland addresses and locations
including the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern
Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands. There may be an additional
delivery charge and slightly longer delivery time to those addresses
and locations. Please contact us for more details.
Goods can be delivered either to your home address or to any specified
alternative address or to your work (subject to the possibility of
additional delivery charges as referred to in the previous paragraph,
in respect of non UK mainland and remote addresses and locations),
but we will have fulfilled our delivery obligations to you if we arrange
delivery to the delivery address provided by you in your online order
(or if no specific delivery address is given to us, by delivery to
your own address as provided to us).
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
or by Courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery and Courier deliveries.
6a) UK Delivery Charges
Except for addresses and locations listed above, all deliveries to
mainland UK over £75.00 are free of charge. PLEASE CONTACT
US FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR NON-UK DESTINATIONS.
6b) UK Delivery Times
Most products within 3 working days (please see product description),
should this not be the case we will contact you.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday
inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
From the receipt of payment for your order we will endeavour to deliver
your chosen items to you within 2 working days providing the goods
are in stock. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take
longer.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday
to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the
courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number
for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you
to collect the goods from the local depot.
IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery
time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery
times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot
be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected
delay.
7. After-sales Service and Guarantees
All products are sold with a minimum of 12 months' manufacturer's guarantee
that the goods supplied are fit for purpose and not faulty. For the
avoidance of doubt the guarantee will not apply to any goods that
have been improperly used, abused, used otherwise than in accordance
with instructions provided or damaged in any other way after delivery.
You must notify us as soon as you have any reason to suspect a claim
may arise under the guarantee
8. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered
at UK addresses.
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. However we will not accept
delivery addresses outside the UK unless otherwise agreed. Please telephone
0800 970 5109 for non-UK destinations. If we can supply to an address
outside the UK we will agree delivery costs and charges and anticipated
despatch and delivery dates with you.
Please note that you must observe and comply with all applicable regulations
and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import
or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or
exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain
national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in
respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase .
9. Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service or if you
have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online,

you.
10. Cancellation of Contract by you and Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered
or which you have ordered then, provided that you notify us in writing
of such cancellation and that any such item is returned to us by
you (see below as to methods of returning goods) in its original
and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along
with delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 24 hours of delivery,
we will exchange it but we will not offer a refund. When returning
any goods:
10a) By Post. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available
from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
10b) By Courier. If you would like us to uplift an unwanted item we
can arrange this via a courier at a collection cost, call for details
this charge will be deducted from the refund we will issue; and
10c) Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract
in respect of such goods, any sum debited to us from your credit card
will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any
event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question
are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in
when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to
you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct
the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited
to you.
11. Faulty Goods and Liability
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty or is
not what you ordered we will at your option supply a replacement
product (or the correct product), OR arrange for a repair OR give
you a refund of the purchase price, provided that you notify us in
writing within 1 working day of delivery of the goods in question.
Please return the item with delivery note or other proof of purchase
and upon receipt of the product we will examine it. We aim to dispatch
a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within
14 days. In relation to returning any such goods to us:
11a) By post. You are advised to return a certificate of posting (available
from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If
the item is faulty we will re-imburse you the postage costs.
11b) By Courier. We can arrange collection by courier, which would
be free of charge if the item is faulty or is the incorrect item
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date
on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless
you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within
40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect
or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits,
business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify
to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any
money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the
amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 6.2(c) above.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions
is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under
applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded
nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death
or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
12. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all
notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact
address at Parking Control Services, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London
WC1N 3XX and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our
website from to time.
13. Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods
you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect
to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond
our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs
and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access,
flood, fire, explosion or accident.
14. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including
any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability
of any other part of these conditions will not be affected

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy
policy
16. Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives,
a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under
the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any
term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy
of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act
17. Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to
resolve any disputes between us
18. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices,
delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the
whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you
by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood
as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised
representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for
sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall
have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

Parking Control Services is committed to ensuring that your privacy
is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information
we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit
the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to
safeguard your privacy.
1. When you order goods from us we need to know your
name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery
address. We gather this information to allow us to process any orders
you may make. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents
and sub-contractors to provide you with the goods you have ordered
and to provide statements of your account and to communicate with you
on any matter relating to the conduct of your account and the goods
we can offer you or have for sale. If you are paying by credit or debit
card you will also have to provide your name, credit card number and
expiry date to Steamline Merchant Services, together with any other

2. We may also use aggregate information and statistics
for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop
the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information
to third parties. These statistics will not include information that
can be used to identify any individual.

about special features of our website or any other service or products
we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive

4. We will not pass your details to a third party
for marketing purposes.
5. We also keep your information confidential. The
internal procedures of Parking Control Services cover the storage,
access and disclosure of your information.
6. If this business is sold or integrated with another
business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective
purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners
of the business.
If any of the information that you have provided to Parking Control
Services changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name
or payment details please let us know the correct details by sending

7. By submitting your information you consent to the
use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy
policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on
other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information

so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way. New
